Hi, I'm Monika Mocek!

I found the magic of photography when as 5 year old I took in hands my father’s old Praktica. With black &white film. The magic of light capturing the moment on film captivated me. I spent my first salary on Nikon F65 shooting countless rolls of films during travels or family events. Even though I left analogue for DSLR, the passion remained. Photographer’s role is to capture the moment, the emotion, the memory. Hopefully see more than what’s just on the surface. I hope to do it with you, and help you to keep some of those moments for life.
